U.S. Navy Destroys Multiple Houthi-Launched Uncrewed Weapons & Missile In Red Sea

The United States naval forces have reported several successful strikes against Iranian-backed Houthi targets in the last 24 hours.

On August 05, 2024, CENTCOM announced that US Navy forces, working with other US military assets, successfully destroyed three Houthi UAS launched from Houthi-controlled areas in Yemen over the Gulf of Aden. These strikes were part of a larger operation to target hostile assets in the region.
