With DNV continuing as the majority shareholder, Wilhelmsen Port Services joins as a strategic minority shareholder — enhancing CFARER’s ability to deliver solutions grounded in real-world shipping operations through our global network, operational expertise, and the technology of our digital subsidiary, Diize.

As part of this change, Diize’s port clearance solution, Always-on-Board, will be integrated into the CFARER’s portfolio, alongside other leading solutions such as ShipManager, Navigator Port and Hull Manager. All solutions will continue to be supported and developed under the new brand, with no changes or interruptions for customers and the delivery of services.
